How long will it take to process & ship my Order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the Order is placed but during times of peak order volume it may take us longer to get your Order sent out, please bear with us! We are a small team but your Order (like any) is a priority so we will get it sent out ASAP.

Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee so if you experience any issues with sizing or have a problem with the quality of anything you have received please reach out and we will happily get your issue(s) addressed and an exchange sorted if necessary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept both PayPal & Credit Card payments so you have the flexibility to pay how you want. We will also be adding a cryptocurrency option in the near future, stay tuned.

When will you restock sold out items?

Simply put: never. For most items that is. Almost everything we produce is a limited run and once it's sold out it will no longer be available for sale. So if you see something you like.. snatch it up before it's too late!

Where do you ship items from and how long does delivery take?

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada not far from good ol' Toronto. Packages bound for the United States will be first shuffled to Niagara Falls, NY and shipped via USPS to avoid customs delays and long delivery timelines. 

Customers on the East Coast should receive their order within 2-5 business days from the time it is shipped while West Coast customers it may take a little longer at 4-7 business days.

How can I track my Order?

Once your Order has shipped from our facility you will receive an automated e-mail that contains the tracking number necessary to monitor delivery of your package. 

If you have issues with the tracking data not updating please be patient - couriers can take 24-72 hours in some cases to update this information.

Am I able to edit or change an existing Order?

If your Order has not yet shipped you are still welcome to change the contents of your Order (add or remove items) so please reach out via e-mail as soon as possible. 

For Orders that have already been dispatched it is not possible to change the contents, sorry!

What events is REF!NED attending this year?

We do our best to keep our event schedule calendar (seen here) up to date with all of the latest but if you would like to see us at a local event that we are not scheduled to attend we would love to hear from you. Simply reach out using our Contact Us form and let us know more details about the event: time, location, etc and if we do attend we will see you there!
